He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Mack Jr. and Lillie Mae Mickens Mack; his daughter Cleopatra Davis (Connie); his siblings, Thomasina Mack, Leroy Mack and Ernestine Davis; his great grandchild Christian Pat Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Lonzena DuBose and Timothy Roderick.

He is survived by : his wife Anna Roderick Mack; his children, Stephanie D. Wright (Warren) of Austin, TX and Dr. Tracy R. Mack Powell of Atlanta, GA; and his siblings, Ruth Chambers (NJ), Rosia Brown (Jimmy) of Columbia, Jimmy D. Mack (Linda) of Bishopville, Lillie B. Davis of Bishopville, Elma Henry (NJ), Beverly Mack of Rock Hill, James Mack (NJ) and Barbara Williams of Bishopville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
