She was predeceased by: her siblings, Pat Harris, Cindy Outlaw, Sherry Steen and Jerry Cox; her stepmother Carolyn O. Davis; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Jean Segars and Glenn D. Segars.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rita F. Peelman (Wayne) of Bishopville, SC and Lori F. Brownfield of Camden, SC; her granddaughters, Katie P. Boone (Justin) of Bishopville, SC, Emily B. Mintz (Justin) of Hopkins, SC and Caroline Peelman of Bishopville, SC; her great grandchildren, Colton Boone of Bishopville, SC, Holden McElveen of Bishopville, SC, Liam Mintz and Bristol Boone of Bishopville, SC; her sister Phyllis Tschorn (Bill) of Sumter, SC; her aunt Mary Ann Kelly of Elgin, SC; and her siblings-in-law, Melba Tallon of Bishopville, SC, Frank Farmer and Pat Farmer of Westville, SC..
