We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2025, at the age of 79, Sheryl Ann Zaring of Bishopville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Henry Gareth VonDielingen and Martez Louise "Teddy" Taskey; her husbands, Walter Tompkins and Richard Zaring; and her siblings, Robert "Buck" VonDielingen, Shirley Nichter and Donice Zaring.

She is survived by: her son Warren Walker (Amy) of Bishopville; her grandchildren, Ashley Easter (Patrick) of Scipio, Indiana, Jason Walker (Bailey Alexander) of Perry and Greg Walker of Seymour, Indiana; her great grandchild Violet Walker of Perry; her sibling's children, Jan Hunter (Randy), Becky Johnson, Donna Wente (Joe), Trish McRae, Joe, Bobby and Jeff Nichter; and her pet Bobby.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.

Sorry we were not close in the later years but as you know time and distance separate us over time. We share many memories with her and your dad.
