He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Edward Moore and Dorothy Angel Moore; and his stepdaughter Katherine Richardson Jones. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Phillips Richardson; his daughters, Cheryl Jandzinski (Gary) of Texas and Amy Markley of Illinois; his stepdaughter Harriett Stanford of Gaffney; his siblings, Robert E. Moore, Jr. of Florida, Scott Moore of New York, Barbara Funk of Connecticut and Terry Moore of Massachusetts; and his grandchildren, Karollen Kormos (Noel), Seth Markley, Alexandria Jones-Wertz (David), Bryson Jones (Baileigh) and Matthew Stanford.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
