He is survived by : his wife Wendy Phillips Woods; his children, Tyler of Boiling Springs, SC, Matthew Woods of Boiling Springs, SC and Kali Spivey of Boiling Springs, SC.; his step-children, Hunter Gibson of Blacksburg, SC. and Kalie Scruggs (Clay) of Chesnee, SC; his grandchildren, Asher, Holt, Sageleigh and Harmony; and his sister Patricia Woods of Aynor, SC..
The family requests that Memorials be made to the Blacksburg High School Student Fund, 201 Ramseur Dr., Blacksburg, SC, 29702 to help defray charges on their school accounts.
