It is with sadness that the passing of David Randall Martin Sr. of Blacksburg, South Carolina is shared. David, born on July 17, 1945 in Gaffney, South Carolina, passed away on September 20, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Martin and Ruth Humphries; and his wife Jolene Hampton Martin. He is survived by: his sons, David Martin Jr. (Lisa) and Lance Shelton (April); his stepchildren, Teresa Parker, Tracey Parker and Tina Parker; his siblings, Reggie Martin, Mike Martin and Kelly Humphries; his grandchildren, Brittaney Lecroy, Christopher Martin, Ryan Shelton, Lane Shelton and Jared Shelton; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Gracie, Sophia, Meredith, Isabella and Zayne.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gordon Mortuary (400 W Cherokee St, Blacksburg, SC 29702). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Gordon Mortuary Chapel (400 W Cherokee St, Blacksburg, SC 29702).
