He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Bell Batchler; his children, Scott Batchler (Lisa), Tony Batchler and Sandy Self (Greg); his sister Judy White; and his grandchildren, Kristen Batchler, Ashley Cook and Kesha Harrington. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
