He was predeceased by : his father William Charles Card. He is survived by : his mother Georgena Everett (Calvin); his brothers, Charles Card (Tamie) and Piper Card (JoAnn); his children, Ryan Card, Brittany and Charity Card; his granddaughter Hailey Grace Card; his nephews, William, Alex and Eli Card; and his close friends, Henry Fiedorczyk, Tim Coggins and Chris Owens. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
