He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harry Wilkins Sr. and Sallie Turner Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Patty M. Wilkins; his sons, Joel Bruce Wilkins Jr. (Tabatha) and Peter Wilkins (Hannah); his stepdaughter Allyson English; and his brothers, George Wilkins Jr., Dr. Philip Wilkins and Stephen Wilkins. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lakeview Memory Gardens (1774 Filbert Hwy, York, SC 29745).
