She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Robert Cox; her parents, Charles Goforth and Joann Cashion Goforth; her children, John Dustin Cox (Courtney) of Blacksburg and Jenna Ann Cox of Lyman; her sister Rita Lay of Blacksburg; and her grandchildren, Joseph Cox and Allyssa Cox.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (701 W Buford St, Gaffney, SC 29341). A reception will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
