She is survived by: her children, Kenneth, Richard Bolin, Bertha Curtis, Vicky Self and Linda Self; her sisters, Dot Pruitt and Ann Ingle; her grandchildren, Billy Self, Jimmy Self, Lisa Self, Brenda Simmons, Tim Bell and Kenny Lee Bolin; and her great grandchildren, Scotty, Sebastian, Marquis, Brien Jr., Amber and David.
