She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Patrick Murphy and Myrtle Powell Murphy; her spouse Claude Martin Lott, Sr.; her son Claude Martin "Marty" Lott, Jr.; and her brother Joseph Clifford Murphy, Sr..

She is survived by : her daughter Glenda Gail Lott; her son-in-law Dr. James R. Edinger of Orangeburg, SC; her son Wayne H. Lott, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Julia M. Lott; her grandchildren, Whitney N. Lott (Justin Craft) of Swansea and Wayne H. Lott, Jr. (MeMe Morrison) of Swansea; and her great grandchild William Wade Craft. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
