He is survived by: his daughters, Eartha Mae Rowe Blake (Quentin), Annie Rowe (Anthony Washington), Linda Rowe, Wilmet Rowe (Cody) and Katenia Rowe; his sister Allene Rowe Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Branda Barton and Claretha Williams.
