She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Duff Dugger and Etta Mae Estes Dugger; her husband Kermit "Ace" Adkins; her son Michael Kermit Adkins; her son-in-law Danny Strouth; her grandson Kacey Strouth; and her siblings, Charles Dugger and Wilma Grindstaff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Lewis, Carol Jackson (Pete), Dr. Patricia Crane and Martha Felty (John); her foster daughter Dr. Lucia Tang (Vincent); her grandchildren, Jonathan Lewis, Skyler Strouth, Anna Merrill, Erin Rohn, Meagan Felty, Emily Erickson and Gabriel Felty; her great grandchildren, Holland Spannuth, Jagger Spannuth, Marcus Tavarez, John Erickson and Nolan Erickson; her grandchildren, Cora Felty, James Felty, Jace Strouth and Kincaid Merrill; and her caregivers, Gladys Greminger and Clara Granados. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and special friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to the Haven of Rest or Milligan College.
