He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Grayson and Louise Davis Grayson; and his siblings, Eddie Grayson and Lou Ann Zeeches. He is survived by: his wife Anne Grayson; his son Chad Grayson II (Stacy Grayson); his stepchildren, Mark Megliore (Jennifer Megliore) and Lisa Murray; and his sibling's children, Tara Imani and Michael Mathena. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
