Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Christopher Don Wilkes of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 63, on July 18, 2025. He was predeceased by: his father Don Wiley Wilkes; his brother Greg Evan Wilkes; and his grandparents, John Wiley Wilkes, Myrtice McGuirt, Otis and Hazel McNeely.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his mother Linda McNeely Guadagno; his stepfather Tony Guadagno; his siblings, Vicki Caraway (John) and Michael Wilkes (Leigh); his stepsister Ann-Marie Guadagno (Travis); and also, Justin Wilkes (Kristy), Robbie Wilkes (Jessica), Thomas Wilkes (Taylor), DJ Wilkes (Madison), Tina Parrish (Ashley) and Daniel Adams (Katie). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton (90 Simmonsville Rd, Bluffton, SC 29910). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Beaufort National Cemetery (1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29901).
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to be made in Chris' honor to the National Diabetes Association or National Kidney Foundation.
