She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Jenkins Middleton and Clatties Frazier, Sr.; her husband Jack Brown, Jr.; her grandparents, Lottie F. Bruin, Abraham Frazier, Queenie and Alphonso Jenkins; her mother-in-law Hattie Brown; and her siblings, Myers Frazier, Ethel Heyward, June Heyward and Vivian "Bibba" Jenkins.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Frazier and Genevive Boykin of Norfolk, VA; her grandson Ja'Karii; her godson Franklin Fields; her siblings, Mariah Fields of Bluffton, Betty Haskins (Michael) of Beaufort, SC, Willie Chaplin (Shirley) of Beaufort, SC and Clatties Frazier, Jr. of Beaufort, SC; her great-uncle Ed Pinckney of Beaufort; her close friend Richard J. Bolden of Bluffton, SC; her siblings-in-law, Laura Speaks (Joe) of Bluffton, SC, Mary Tatem of Boston, MA., Frankie Brown, Sr. (Ann) and Redmond Brown of Bluffton, SC; her brother Frank Best of Savannah, GA.; her nephew Tyler Carson of Charlotte, NC.; and also, Stephanie A. Adams and Mary Roberts. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
