It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Etterbeek of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Etterbeek (Klopman); his parents, Jim Etterbeek and Anne Etterbeek (Beversluis); and his sister Karen VanderHorn (Etterbeek). He is survived by: his children, Kristen N. DeMarco (Carl) and David B. Etterbeek; his grandsons, Jack Etterbeek, Carson and Connor DeMarco; and his sisters, Susan Soderlind and Debra Dyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
