We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2024, at the age of 75, Dean T. Koukos of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Darby, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore Koukos and Helen Koukos. He is survived by : his wife Dale Koukos of Bluffton, SC; his son Chris Koukos (Carly) of Phoenixville, PA; his stepchildren, Lauren Belvedere of Lancaster, Brittany Berliere of Phoenix, AZ and Brett Belvedere of Wayne, PA; his grandson Luke Koukos; and his stepgrandson Harrison Berliere.
