The memory of Emily Susan (Hooker) Breland (Bluffton, South Carolina), who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her mother Mae Hooker. She is survived by: her father Edmond Hooker; her husband Jim (Jim); her son James "Jimmy" Breland III (Jade); her grandchildren, Alexia, Eleanor, Gage, James IV (JB) and Bronson; and her brother Edmond Hooker Jr. (Cheryl). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sauls Funeral Home (90 Simmonsville Rd, Bluffton, SC 29910). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
