She is survived by: her son Jacques Bell; her daughter-in-law Glenda; her children, Debra Noyer and Will Levy III; her daughter-in-law Melanie; her daughter Niceole Levy; her grandchildren, Thayne Levy (Amber), Madison Shelton (Dennis), Will Levy IV (Meghan), Kat Bell (Ali) and Jeremy Bell (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Madden, Jackson, Cole, Quinn, Violet, River, Asher, Brayden, Braelyn, Brooklyn, Dallas and Branson; and her sisters, Joan Nettles (John) of Inyokern and Catherine Mitchell of New Orleans.
A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St Ann's Catholic Church (446 W Church Ave, Ridgecrest, CA 93555). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at the Desert Memorial Park (801 San Bernardino Blvd, Ridgecrest, CA 93555).
