He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Peppers, Sr. and Ruth Emma Riepe; and his son James T. Peppers, III. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Freund Peppers; his daughters, Janet Thompson (Robert) of Morgantown, WV and Lucille Bonney (Michael) of Sayville, NY; his grandchildren, Candace, Cathlene, Robert, Benjamin, Thomas, Amanda, James IV, Anastasia and Joseph; and his great grandchildren, Adrian, Eddie, Priscilla, Jeremy, James V, Delaney, Jack, Aurora, Nova and Jace.
