It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John P. O'Connor of Bluffton, South Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint John leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. O'Connor Sr. and Matilda Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Joan Del Bene; his children, Gregory (Barbara), Douglas (Ann) and Donna (Giuliano Zaratin); and his sisters, Eileen McCue and Dorothy Higgins. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
