He is survived by: his wife Patricia Degnan-Rocha; his children, Jacqueline Olivo-Rocha, Richard Rocha, Sr. (Susan), Peter Rocha and Jennifer Rocha; and his sisters, Barbara O'Brien and Frances Howles (Dave). He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
