She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin "Bud" Bare Sr. and Ruth Day (Bragg); and her sister Deborah "Debbie" Bare. She is survived by: her husband Michael "Clem" Appenelli; her children, Lori Pfaff, Andrew Appenelli (Savannah Appenelli) and Nicolas Appenelli; her grandson Michael Appenelli; her siblings, Sheryl Bare, Calvin "Bud" Bare, Jr. and Kathleen Smith (Tony Smith); and her stepmother Nancy Bare. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Judy wished for donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
