We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Leslie Walter Matthews of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Hemingway, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Woodrow Matthews and Nita Ackerman Matthews; and his brother Woodrow "Buster" Finklea. He is survived by : his wife Lynn; his son Joshua Matthews (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Tanner, Camden, Anderson and Adam Matthews (Erin); his great grandchildren, Bryson and Heath; and his brother Michael Finklea of Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests the donations be made in Les's memory to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation or Lebanon Methodist Church in Eastover, SC.
