He is survived by: his mother Verle Bozarth; his wife Debbie; and his siblings, Dee David (Mark) of Texas, Denise Smith (Eric) of Texas and Douglas Bozarth (Cheryl) of Texas. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
