He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Weltzer and Margaret Weltzer; and his siblings, Bob Weltzer and Esther Weltzer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Roska Weltzer; and his children, Louis Weltzer (Nancy) of Bluffton, SC, Bill Weltzer of Burlington, KY, Michelle Lubnow (Fred) of Chester Springs, PA, Peggy McCarthy (George) of Summerville, SC and Carrie Tucker (Jonathan) of Dunwoody, GA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
