He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Williams and Marta Williams (Rogalski); his wife JoAnn Williams (Sansone); his children, Tracey and Mark, Jr.; and his grandson Steven A. Leonard, Jr. (Mark).
He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Leonard (Steven) and Leslie Mueller (George). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight grandchildren.
