She was predeceased by: her husband Aaron Blalock; her parents, Herbert Zittrouer and Grace Zittrouer; and her sister Trellis Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Mitch Blalock (Donna) and Stan Blalock (Lisa); her grandchildren, Katibeth, Mason, Jim, Ashley and Scott; and her siblings, Herbia Thompson (Emerson) and H. P. "Buzzy" Zittrouer (Sue). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel (2460 GA-21, Rincon, GA 31326).
