We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Raymond Edward Schurgot of Bluffton, South Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Sophia Schurgot and Maximillion Schurgot. He is survived by : his wife Norma Jean Schurgot; his children, Neil Schurgot (Melanie) and Pamela; his grandchildren, Kristen Recupero (Joseph, Jr.), Kevin Schurgot, Breanna Weiss (Ryan), Jennifer Torres-Mayo (Zachary) and Marisa Torres; his great grandchildren, Carolina Mayo, Penelope Mayo, Calvin Mayo, Joseph Recupero, III, Elliana Recupero, Sophia Recupero and Skye Weiss; his nieces, Donna Yanura and Diane Cook (James); and his nephew Kenneth Yanura.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 884 Allbritton Blvd, Suite 115, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
