She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Blevins and Sarah Blevins; her father-in-law Noah Propst; her sister Glenna Briguglio; and her grandson Noah Michael Propst.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Propst; her children, Amy Propst Smoak and Michael Brent Propst (Brooke); her grandchildren, Preston, Sara Gracyn and Michael James (MJ); her mother-in-law Louise Propst; her siblings, Brenda, Jack and Bud Blevins (Sylvie); her siblings-in-law, Tommy Briguglio, Steve Propst (Shelia) and Lynn Propst Craig; and her close friend Sandy Campbell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Rita's memory.
