He is survived by: his wife Linda Bouch; his children, Rick Bouch (Lisa), Jim Bouch and Aimee Farabaugh (Tom); his grandchildren, Madison Bouch, Kylee Sabelhaus (Jack) and Jordan Bouch; and his great grandchild Lincoln Bouch.
