He is survived by: his wife Margie McAllister Malko; his sons, Paul Malko (Jessica Uhler-Malko) of Grafton and Jeffrey Malko (Lynn Malko) of Naperville; his granddaughters, Rachel, Lauren and Ashley; and his sister Patricia Havlicek (John Havlicek).
