He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. Robert Lysle Griffith and Marie Teresa Solomon. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Ann Griffith; his sons, Scott (Lynn Griffith), Geoff (Marybeth Griffith) and Rob (Allison Griffith); his grandchildren, Robert, Tyler, Troy, Caitlin, Brett, Mathew and Ashley; and his great grandchild Lucia.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Cross (110 Calhoun St, Bluffton, SC 29910).

The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Bob's memory to Friends of Caroline, 329 Friends Lane, Ridgeland, SC 29936.
