It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Florence Halpin (Bluffton, South Carolina), who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Sylvia; and her brother-in-law Harold Goodman. She is survived by: her husband Roger Halpin; her children, Kirk Jerel Halpin (Laura) and Lisa Halpin-Khanna (Sudhir); her grandchildren, Abraham, Solomon, Yuv and Reina; and her brother Jack (Tamara).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) in Ruth's memory.
