He is survived by: his children, Lauran Hancock Johnson (Francis) of Greenlawn and Thomas Edwin Hancock, Jr. of Bluffton; his brother Roger Hancock (Peggy) of Flat Rock, NC; and his grandchildren, Julia Johnson (Derek) and Timothy Johnson (Samantha).
