She is survived by: her husband Samuel F. Painter of Blythewood, SC; her children, Laura M. Painter (Richie) of Columbia, SC and S. Bogan Painter of Charleston, SC.; her sister Ellen B. Woosley (Larry) of Waynesboro, VA; and her brother-in-law Allan B. Painter, II of Staunton, VA..
