She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry August and Mary Margaret Ebbert; her husband John Robert Frazier; her son David Paul; and her siblings, Henry "Hank" Ebbert (Devona), Robert "Bob" Ebbert (Midge), Cornelia "Connie" Flanagan (Joseph), Mary Ann Hess (Chandler), John "Georgie" Ebbert (Debbie) and Margaret Prager (Richard).
She is survived by: her children, John Frazier (Donna), Judith "Judi" Harth (John), Janet Garvey (Patrick) and Joy Mitchell (John); her grandchildren, Melissa Ramsey, Nicole Quinlan (Rick), Kyle Garvey (Morgan Miles), Andrew Harth (Brittany), Lauren Garvey (David Thomas), Madison Frazier and Hope Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Emma Ramsey, Robert Ramsey, Declan Quinlan, Lydia Harth, Olivia Garvey and Lyla Harth.
