He was predeceased by : his parents, Curly Harvey and Clara Mays Harvey; his sons, Curly Harvey and Jason Lee Harvey; and his brothers, David Harvey and Tommy Lee Harvey.

He is survived by : his sons, Eugene Anthony Harvey (Theresa) of Blythewood and Quentez Parker of Minnesota. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other extended family.
