He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Fulmer and Linda Fulmer (Garrison); his son Joseph Fulmer; his wife Tammy; his son Josh; his daughter-in-law Brittney; his grandchildren, Grace, Hannah and Josh Jr.; his brother Clay; his sister-in-law Patty; his nieces and nephews, PJ, Colbie, Alyssa, Bryan, Conrad and Christian; and his great-nephew Tucker.
