She was predeceased by: her parents, Valeo Josephe and Mary Tyner Marivittori; and her husband Jack Werner Heron, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Jack Werner Heron, Jr. (Amanda) of Columbia, SC and Joseph Heron (Anna) of Fayetteville, NC; her grandchildren, Jack Werner Heron, III, Kayla Fisher, Nicolas Fisher (Kelli), Charles Heron and Lucy Heron; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Ariana, Tanner, Carter and Jaxon.

Memorials may be made to Transfiguration Catholic Church, 9720 Wilson Blvd, Blythewood, SC 29016; or to Columbia ASPCA, The Humane Society, 121 Humane Lane Columbia, SC 29209; or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
