Elsey, Jr. (Jessica) of Bonneau Beach, Derrick Elsey (Nikki) of Summerville, DeAnna Michelle Elsey of Bonneau Beach, Tierra Dupree of Warner Robbins, GA, Rebecca Ross (Marshall), Brian Price of Moncks Corner, Jasper Price of Charlotte, NC and Mathew Price of Charlotte, NC; his brother Paul Elsey of Goose Creek; and his pets, Remi, Rosie and Hoss. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren.
