He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack William Lewis, Sr. and Joan Mitchell Lewis; and his brother Kurt W. Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jill Ellen Cristofori Lewis; his stepsons, Philip Comtois (Tracy) of Danielson and Mitchell Comtois (Melissa) of Plainfield, Connecticut; his sisters, Brenda Dietiker (David) of Eutawville and Charlotte Comer of Eutawville; his brother-in-law Paul Cristofori (Dianna) of Rougemont; and his aunt Jean. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; beloved nieces and nephews.
