She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Sylvester Bunch and Vesteen Orvin Bunch; her son James Bunch; her spouse Jackie Lee Sims, Sr.; her children, Stephanie Doherty (Scott) of Goose Creek and Jackie L. Sims, Jr. (Jeanette) of Bonneau; her stepchildren, Danielle Akin of San Antonio, TX and Jody Sims of Bonneau; and her siblings, Ruby Lakin (Mike) of Moncks Corner, JoAnn Bunch of Summerville, John James "Bubba" Bunch of Round and J. P. Orvin of Bonneau. She was also cherished by twenty-three grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
