He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvie James Tumlinson and Lydia Katherene Parker Tumlinson; his daughter Paula Renee Tumlinson; his siblings, Betty June Jones, James Thomas Tumlinson, Donald George Tumlinson and Bobbie Gene Tumlinson; and his grandson Timothy.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen "Connie" Tina Wynn Tumlinson; his children, Brian Keith Tumlinson of Texas and Tonia Lewis (Brian) of Bonneau; his grandchildren, Thomas, Tiffany, Tabitha and Trinity; and his great grandchildren, Ezra, Carmyn, Benjamin and Zenith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Otis' memory to Bonneau Pentecostal Holiness Church, 116 Black Oak Road, Bonneau, SC 29431.
