He was predeceased by: his parents, William Goshorn and Edna Goshorn. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Goshorn; his children, Mary Kay Frank (Mike Frank) and David Goshorn (Sherry Goshorn); his grandchildren, Laura Lynn Orvin (Tyler Orvin), Michaele Frampton (Chad Frampton), Jarrett Frank (Kelly Frank), Jessica Cantley Carn (Jamie Carn), Kristie Byrd (Jeremy Byrd) and Dylan Goshorn; his brother Robert Goshorn (Ricki Goshorn); his great grandchildren, Jaxson Orvin, Paisley Orvin, Mary Katherine Frampton, Charles Frampton, Collins Frank, Jac Carn, Joanna Carn, Baker Byrd and Landyn Byrd; and his brother-in-law Ed Riley.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Northwood Academy Bass Fishing Team, an organization that reflects Billy's lifelong love of the sport.
