He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard G. Blair and Mariana Merrill Blair. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Clawson; his sons, Todd Howard Blair, Jr. (Dawn) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Frank Jason Blair (Christy) of Summerville, SC; his grandchildren, Katlyn Cleland (Cole), Amelia Blair, Tristan Blair, Clara Blair, Mariana Blair, Jack Robinette and Ava Robinette; his great grandchildren, James Bonnie Cleland and Daniel Howard Cleland; and his brother David Richard Blair (Daisy) of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel (1494 Mathis Ferry Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464).
