He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edwin "Ed" Manley, Sr. and Johnnie Clardy Manley; and his siblings, Janet Manley Proctor (Joe) and William Edwin "Bill" Manley, Jr. (Patsy). He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Manley Decker (Brooks) and Tara Greeson (Benjamin); his siblings, Martha Manley Long (Charles) and Cliff Manley (John Herron); his grandchildren, Maci Jade Greeson, Campbell Nicole Greeson, Andrew Michael Decker, Olivia Lourie Decker, Clara Anne Decker, Carl William Newton and Carl Avery Newton; and the mothers of children, Jeannie Wright Hughes and Thelma Georgette Bowman.
