She was predeceased by: her husband Iben Hayes Phillips, Sr.; and her daughter Pamela Parker. She is survived by: her son-in-law Tom; her sons, Iben Hayes Phillips, Jr. (Regina), Timothy Wynn Phillips (Tatiana) and Robert Matthews Phillips (Debra); and her grandchildren, Rachel Marie Phillips, Joshua David Phillips, Benjamin Matthew Phillips, Timothy Phillips, Elizabeth Roop, Lynsey Parker, Tamara Cupka, Thomas Rourk, Erica Dale and Justin Phillips.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ott Funeral Home (7305 Freedom Rd, Branchville, SC 29432). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
